Job Description

Looking for a suitable candidate for the position of ECommerce Executive role.

 

Position E-commerce executive

Location Goregaon East

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales order confirmation.
  • Order processing on All E-commerce Sales Panel viz.
  • (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa)
  • Processing Shipping of all sales order on Shiprocket.
  • Escalation of all queries relating to shipping like NDR RTO etc.
  • Coordination for refund of RTO Freight Charges, Shipment lost or damaged etc.
  • Preparing Various MIS such as Daily & Monthly Sales, Returns, Cancellations etc
  • Sales order daily report to director of the company.
  • Stock as on date update report to director of the company.
  • COD and EOD Receipts Reconciliation on daily basis.
  • Product Rating report on daily basis
  • Customer feedback MI
  • Customer related services
  • Handling all customer complaint, Replacement, Refund
  • Companies websites email for reply to customer mail, calls
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
  • Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) to stay organized.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify,Elementor), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • B.com degree in Marketing or relevant field.
