Desired Candidate Profile:
We look for candidates with at least 2 years of Tele-sales experience and a track record of successful sales. While we prefer B2B sales experience in the domestic market, outstanding candidates from B2C will also be considered.
Excellent sales tactics and communication skills.
Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Age limit: up to 30 years.
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly Starting Salary In Hand: Rs. 22,000.
Salary Increment every 6 months for sales performers.
Progressive Monthly Salary Offer: In-Hand Monthly Salary: Rs. 22,000 for 1st 6 Months, Rs.23,000 for 7th to 12th Month, Rs. 25,000 for 13th to 18th Month and Rs. 28,000 for 19th to 24th Month.
Additional 10% increment on 'Basic+DA' part of salary on every year's competition.
Lucrative, Spot Daily Incentives, Weekly Incentives and Incentive Holidays offered.
Local Travelling Allowances offered within the salary.
Promotion criteria based on three months' consistent performance, offered at the time of appointment itself.
