1. Experience in Jewellery Industry is must.
2. Must be effective in customer handling, customer service.
3. Maintain safety of jewellery displayed to the customer.
4. Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
5. Inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers to promote sales and
customer engagement.
6. Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to
existing and prospective customers.
7. Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience.
8. Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients
9. Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
Preferred candidate profile
Ex- Employee of any top branded Jewellery stores, or worked in a reputed Jewellery store
in Bandra, or Mumbai Suburbs will preferred.
