Job Description
Job Title: Channel Manager
Location: Vaishali/ NSP
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to manage and grow our Channel Partner (CP) network in the assigned zone. You will be responsible for onboarding new CPs, driving sales, reactivating inactive partners, and supporting branch teams to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage new and existing Channel Partners.
- Support branches to achieve CP-related sales targets.
- Reactivate inactive CPs and drive consistent engagement.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor performance and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 5-10 years of experience in channel/DSA management.
- Experience in housing finance or financial services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of housing finance products and market trends.
