Roles and Responsibilities

• Looking for new premises as their respective Zone
• Calling for RFP/Tender for premises acquisition
• Negotiating with Landlord
• Coordinating with contractor
• Keep track of asset movement
• Maintain vendor database zone wise
• Manage and coordinate with respective zone mapped
• Coordination with contractors and get the things done as per our specification and to abide by the deadline
• Timely Execution of project

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years experience
• Admin infra experience is mandatory
• Education -Graduation
