Hiring for Collections Legal Manager in Chennai
Qualification :- LLB Compulsory
Exp:- 4-6 yrs exp
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Filing and attending S.138 NI Act Cases, Consumer Cases, DRT, NCLT, Cases filed Against / By Company.
- Initiate arbitration and Execution of Arbitration Awards Physical Possession and Sybolic Possessions of Properties above Rs.1 Crore under SARFAESI.
- Drafting and Sending S.13(2) Notices, S.13(4) Notices and other Reply Notices Liasoning and Coordinating with Enforcement agencies and Police Authorities for Legal Recovery and other Criminal Matters (Complaint Filing)
- Attending COC Meetings as regards to NCLT Cases
- Coordinating with Legal Firms and Advocates.
- Maintaining MIS of all Legal Cases
