Ensure recruitment and sourcing Talent for critical roles in timely manner.
Support in manning data collation, analysing Recruitment Metrics & preparation of reports
Connect and engage with Stake holders for recruitment gap closure.
Identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels ( IJPs , references & Lateral hiring)
Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Tracking key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, Manpower availability, early attrition, and candidate experience.
Be a subject matter expert in implementation of recruitment policies, process & procedures.
Experience Details:
Education : MBA in HR
Experience : 6 -10 years ( must have 5 years experience in Recruitment , Sourcing or Talent Acquisition)
Age : Below 33
Preferred Industry : Telecom/DTH / Consumer durables/ FMCG/ Fintech/Insurance/E-commerce
Location : Must be from Andhra / Telangana
Language : Should be expert in speaking Telugu
