Responsibilities and Basic Requirements:
Possess good knowledge of Data Base & MySQL, Application Server architecture & deployment (jboss , websphere , weblogic)
Should have Linux familiarity with CUI (Red hat, centos, Debian ,AIX )
Act as a senior agent who will drive customer satisfaction through customer support
Manage a team of Software Support analysts and technicians; act as mentor and coach to
team members
Record and track team SLAs and workflows
Be actively involved with the operational delivery and UAT if required for new product and
feature releases Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams or clients using telephone/emails etc.
Ensuring that production changes are reviewed and validated in production to avoid/minimize change related production issues
Candidates must also possess:
