REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience of 11+ years.
  • Strong experience in developing and delivering Agile consulting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile Transition Consulting.
  • Safe certified.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic transformation mentoring to client executives and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to provide coaching, training, and mentoring to organizations on Agile and related methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and hybrid models.
  • Proven experience in leading Agile transformations at the enterprise level.
  • Deep understanding of Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, etc.
  • Extensive experience in coaching cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Experience in training teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) and conducting role-based training (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the team in pre-sales activities related to Agile, including preparing and writing proposals and creating artifacts.
  • Drive consulting revenue through existing and new accounts.
  • Leverage consulting opportunities to drive downstream revenues for the client.
  • Create and present case studies to potential clients.
  • Regularly interact, train, and coach C-level executives at the clients end.
  • Manage and track KPIs and metrics across Portfolio, Program, and Team levels.
  • Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the project.
  • Identify project/service stakeholders early and work with them to ensure deliverables align with business case benefits.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor projects to deliver high-quality business solutions.
  • Define the scope of the project/service and manage goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and manage team members by providing constant on-the-job feedback and guidance.
