Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for developing database of prospective clients for IT & NON-IT Staffing Business.
Use internet extensively to generate leads of new customers for IT & Non IT staffing business.
Maintain detailed trackers of the leads generated through various efforts.
Identify & maintain a data base track of the SPOC s of different prospective clients.
Secure in-depth info about the contact details and relevant information of the identified SPOCs
Initiate initial level of promotional campaigns by sending companies presentations and proposals to the designated hiring managers of prospective customers.
Regularly keep in touch with all the SPOCs through innovative marketing techniques & social media Channels.
Proactive go-getter in nature and willingness to build individual lead pipeline through rigorous prospecting

Have a flair for sales & marketing and acumen for doing targets and meet deadlines.
