1 Manager/Sr. Executive/Executive our Corporate Relation (CRM)
Job Description.
To Handle Corporate Account and Retail Business.
Daily monitoring on Outstanding claims, intervening in old/pending cases
Attend meetings with Insurer DO/RO/Brokers
Submission of MIS Reports
Conduct meeting with Agents/Development Officers
Review Minutes of Meetings and circulate.
Management of Team members, attendants, leaves and appraisals
In case of escalations Co-ordiInation with various departments i.e Enrollment, Cashless, Inward, Investigation, Claims Team, Tabulation, Uploading, MIS Team etc.
Liasoning with Networking and Empanelment team.
Ensure the renewals of corporate accounts and retail business
Regular Team meetings for improvement in staff output.
Motivate and Guidance to team for better service delivery.
Contribute input of market demands to Senior Management.
2 Customer Relation Executive (call center) - 2 Position ( Fresher are welcome)
Job Description.
Good Communication Skills
Handling clients over the Call/Email.
Attending inbound calls and solving their queries.
Handling customer calls regarding their claim related Queries.
Providing information about claiming process.
Co-ordinating and helping clients related to claims and Preauth. Doing call backs to abandoned calls.
Candidates having calling experience will be given preference.
3 Claims Executive - 2 Position.
Job Description.
Good Communication Skills TPA Exposure candidates will be given preference.
They have good knowledge about TPA, Claims and Insurance.
Claims tabulation Analyzing the claims data Processing claim payout to customer and updating the payout details to customer as per request.
Resolving customer queries/complaints by email checking eligibility of the claims Validating the claim documents and requesting required additional documents from customer for claim processing.
Processing the claim by referring terms and conditions of the insurance company.
Identifying the payable and non-payable claims Liability check after tabulation Assisting and coordinating with other claim departments Maintaining quality check while processing the claim Training and reviewing new hires work. Processing urgent requests on priority basis.
Meeting TAT and SLAs as per company.
4 Medical Officer - 2 Position (BHMS,BAMS,BDS)
Job Description.
Must have effective communication skills.
Candidate must have sound knowledge about claims hospitals and TPA.
Excellent diagnostic skills using clinical knowledge and x-rays.
Excellent knowledge about Insurance policy terms and conditions
Good knowledge about medical admissibility of claims
Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.
Excellent in terms of patient friendly.
Answering patient queries regarding status of claims
Answering queries regarding grievance requests raised by patients or hospitals.
Scrutiny of files to determine if the claims do really qualify to be reimbursed or to be settled.
To determine if the amount of the claims requested fits into SOC (Schedule of Charges) or PPN criteria
To verify if all the investigation reports have been submitted along with the claims
To make sure that intimation is received from the patient depending upon the type of claim i.e. cashless or non cashless (Claims Intimation)
