About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Implementation/Functional Consultant to lead the deployment of our ERP
and MES solutions within manufacturing environments. This role requires expertise in process
reengineering, factory setup, and supply chain optimization, combined with a deep understanding of
ERP systems. You will work closely with clients to implement solutions that streamline production
management, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency across various manufacturing
sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP & MES Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP and
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their
manufacturing processes.
- Process Reengineering: Collaborate with clients to assess existing workflows, identify
inefficiencies, and implement process optimization strategies that enhance productivity and
performance.
- Factory Setup & Supply Chain Optimization: Guide clients through factory setup and
supply chain management improvements, driving end-to-end operational efficiency.
- Consultation & Training: Provide expert consultation to clients on best practices for production
management, and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems.
- SaaS Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SaaS-based solutions, ensuring that
the software meets client needs and delivers measurable results.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
of projects and provide post-implementation support to address client concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-6 yrs of proven experience in ERP and MES implementation within manufacturing
environments.
Strong understanding of industrial engineering, process reengineering, and production
management.
Familiarity with SaaS-based software solutions and their implementation.
Knowledge of factory setup, supply chain management, and process optimization.
Ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Technical proficiency with ERP software, with the ability to troubleshoot and configure
systems as needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
