Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in Administration and Facility Management.
Factory compliance (renewal of License, MPCB consent, shop act establishment, Factory annual returns managing all compliance).
Maintaining office facility.
Coordinator with vendors
. Developing new vendors and negotiation with vendors.
Handling 3rd party employee (Workers), preparing salary as per the minimum wages act.
Handling pan India Transport services
Handling patty cash. Preparation of vouchers
. Giving information about products to customer.
Travel and hotel booking for all cities.
Organized group meetings and events.
Booking rooms and conference facilities.
Location: Nashik ,MIDC
Job Type : One year contract extendable .
