Role & responsibilities


  • Responsible for driving the sales with the Key Clients
  • Making strategies for building strong relationships with the Key accounts
  • Managing and building strong relationships with the key stakeholder in the given key accounts
  • Responsible for brand building and managing customer delight and touchpoints
  • Tracking the KPIs given
  • Handling customer escalations and fixing the issues with given defined TAT
  • Ensure all compliances are met
  • Regular followup with the customers for due payments
  • Team handling and team bonding activities


Preferred candidate profile

Skills: Should have experience in key accounts management, Enterprise sales,

Exp : 12-20 years

Industry : Open

Qualification : Regular Graduation
