Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate, define & optimize end to end process for EB solutions
Proficient in different technologies : Managed WiFi, SDWAN , Routing & Switching
Manage local team in either BLR/HYD/CHN
Managing shifts & team workload
Manage day to day escalations.
Should closely work with the team to derive tactical solutions
Proficient in troubleshooting both Core & Access Networks
Closely work with cross team to address process gaps
Should make sure all Legal related queries are answered within respective ETA
Responsible for the managing & maintaining complete NATLOG services & servers
Responsible in creating, managing and updating customer information, diagrams and network information.
Preparing different reports , setting proper governance for maintaining security standards, monitoring all elements with zero misses
Execute CMs across all KA/TN/Telangana locations

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years of relevant NOC experience

1 year plus of team handling experience is ideal

Must be an expert on Switching, Routing, Troubleshooting, MPLS, SDWAN
