Prospecting potential business through identified large Key Accounts
Working very closely with the hierarchy of the Key Accounts to identify projects coming up for painting
To work closely with the Builder/Government teams at the site to ensure approvals for products
Working closely with Contractors, Builders, Architects, Interior decorators, Retailers to develop the ecosystem for driving the targets
To work closely with the Aikyam team/External Consultants and Corporate Affairs team to drive the agenda of approvals esp. in Government departments and projects for Paints and allied products
Collect reliable information about business ecosystem/customer/area/competition for market mapping and sensitize the management.
Gather information on competitor's activities in the region and act upon it for companys benefit.
Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the depot on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets as per budget
Implement project specific initiatives schemes.
Track and provide effective and appropriate solution to the clients problem and ensure complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
Ensure availability of material and services through co-ordination with other functions.

Preferred candidate profile
Full Time Post Graduate in MBA from a reputed institute with 8-12 years of experience in the areas of Project Sales.
Experience of handling big key accounts
Team handling experience.
