Job Title: Manager Enterprise Sales - CXaaS Solutions



Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:


  • Drive solution selling across the IT/ITeS, BFSI, NBFC sectors, showcasing the benefits of our CXaaS products
  • Take charge of enterprise sales, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop strategic plans and achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in solution selling and enterprise sales within the IT/ITeS, BFSI, NBFC sectors
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and customer-centric solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities
