Seller Support - Mumbai - Lumina Datamatics

Job Description

• Intermediate Excel Skills Conditional formulas, Pivot table
• Familiarity e-retail and Marketplace eco system

• The candidate would handle tickets and cases related (but not limited) to Pricing issues, seller suspensions, late shipment issues, etc.
• Chat (via chat screen, email, CRM) with client to find resolution for complex issue or to escalate an issue
• Should be willing to work in Indian US shifts and Indian holidays (as and when requested by client/Team management)Experience in implanting Row Level Security (RLS)
• Works with multiple technology applications and featured tools to resolve Seller/Partner issues.
• Work in excel. Maintain trackers and prepare EOD report.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Salesforce an added advantage.
