Salary: 4 Lakh + Reimbursements + Incentives

Experience: 3 to 11 years

Job Description & Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM), you will be responsible for achieving insurance sales targets through:

• Recruiting & developing agents on a commission basis.

• Training & mentoring agents to ensure productivity.

• Monitoring agent activities to meet business goals.

• Conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) and updating the Sales Management System.

• Motivating agents for career progression within the organization.

• Encouraging the use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in insurance or financial services).
