Role & Responsibilities

• Agent recruitment
• Agent Development

Key Responsibilities :

• You have to recruit agents/advisors.
• You have to train, motivate and get the business through them.

Desired profile :

• He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of 1 to Maximum years in Sales
• The person must be in Current Locality for a minimum period of 4 years or more and must have good social circle/contacts in the Locality.
• Must possess good communication skills.
