We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO & SEM manager to lead our search engine optimization and paid search marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, content strategies, and performance marketing. They will be responsible for driving organic traffic, optimizing paid campaigns, and ensuring the overall search visibility and growth of the clients" digital presence. Key Responsibilities:- SEO Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content strategy and identify growth opportunities. Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, and image alt attributes. Improve site structure, usability, and navigation to enhance search engine visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness. Perform regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics and progress. SEM Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC networks. Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals. Create compelling ad copy, select appropriate keywords, and design effective landing pages to enhance conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and produce actionable insights. Ensure proper tracking and attribution by implementing and maintaining conversion tracking systems. Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to align strategies and meet goals. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO, SEM, and search engine algorithms. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as an SEO & SEM Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and paid advertising platforms. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Increase in organic traffic and search engine rankings. Improvement in website domain authority and page authority. Higher conversion rates and ROI from paid campaigns. Achievement of targeted CTR and CPC metrics. Reduced bounce rates and improved engagement on landing pages.
