Job Description Indian CDP (Chef de Partie) Position: CDP Indian Cuisine Openings: 2 (Male) Experience: 2-3+ years (Hotel Management graduates preferred) Salary: 28,000 - 29,000 CTC Location: indore Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Indian cuisine, ensuring quality and consistency. Manage kitchen operations for the Indian section, including mise en place, cooking, and plating. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI norms. Train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen staff. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for inventory management. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and maintain food costs. Requirements: 2-3+ years of experience as a CDP specializing in Indian cuisine. Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent team player with strong leadership skills.
