Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly lead target and fill Business Manager's Qualified lead pipeline

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in related field required; Masters degree preferred
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Understanding of Inside Sales activities, lead generation and cold calling
  • Strong organization and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in computer skills including MS Office
  • Familiar with current market and technology trends
  • Excellent written/ verbal communication and convincing skills
  • Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused individual
