We have got some urgent openings for the position of SALES MANAGER/SR.SALES MANAGER with one of the F-500 multinational Life Insurance Company .

CTC : Negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role & Responsibilities

  • Agent recruitment
  • Agent Development

Key Responsibilities :

  • You have to recruit agents/advisors.
  • You have to train, motivate and get the business through them.
  • Your Team of agents/advisors will on commission basis while you will be direct pay roll of company.

Desired profile :

  • He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of 3 to 15 years in direct sales/retail sales ,marketing and business development.
  • The person must be in Current Locality for a minimum period of 4 years or more and must have good social circle/contacts in the Locality.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Must not be a job hopper Candidates from retail sector,pharmaindustry,banking(dsa/dst),telecom,office automation industryw`ll preferred.
  • Remuneration is best in the industry.
