Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately. Handle visitor logs, maintain access control, and coordinate visitor appointments. Administrative Support Assist in office management tasks, such as managing supplies, equipment, and inventory. Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing tasks. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and booking conference rooms. Support HR and administration with record-keeping and data entry. Coordination and Communication Serve as a point of contact for office staff and external vendors. Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments. Manage courier services, postal correspondence, and other deliveries. Other Duties Maintain and update employee and visitor records as per office protocols. Address and resolve administrative queries in a timely manner. Contribute to the smooth daily functioning of the office.
