Job Description

    Be the welcoming face of the company by managing front desk operations, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth office administration with a professional, pleasant, and engaging personality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors and clients warmly, guiding them within the office

    • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently

    • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

    • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as required

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless office operations

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Pleasant personality, presentable appearance, and professional demeanour

    • Customer service oriented with a friendly, confident, and charming attitude
