Job Description
- s Role: Enterprise Network Architect Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon Number of Openings: 1 Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance network architectures for enterprise clients, aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Lead technical assessments, requirements gathering, and solution design for IP network infrastructure, SD-WAN, GPON, DWDM, IPBB, and other transport and optical core components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of network architecture with organizational goals and technical standards. Conduct performance assessments, capacity planning, and future-proofing analyses to ensure network resilience and scalability. Must-Have Skills: IP Networking: In-depth expertise in IP network architecture, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), network security principles, and load balancing. SD-WAN: Strong experience designing and deploying SD-WAN solutions, including knowledge of multi-cloud connectivity, policy-based routing, and QoS configurations. Fiber Optics and GPON: Solid understanding of fiber-optic network architecture, including GPON technology and its application in enterprise networks. DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing): Proficient in DWDM network design and implementation, with knowledge of wavelength management, signal integrity, and capacity planning. Optical Core Networks: Strong understanding of optical core technologies, such as SONET/SDH, ROADM, and OTN. IP Backbones (IPBB): Experience with IP backbone design for large-scale networks, including BGP route optimization, peering, and traffic engineering. Transport Networks: Knowledge of Layer 2/3 transport solutions, MPLS, Ethernet, and IP/MPLS network design. Troubleshooting & Monitoring Tools: Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios, and NetFlow. Good-to-Have Skills: Cloud Networking: Familiarity with cloud network architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud connectivity options, including Direct Connect and ExpressRoute. Network Virtualization: Understanding of network function virtualization (NFV), software-defined networking (SDN), and virtual network functions (VNFs). Cybersecurity: Knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust networking. QoS and Traffic Management: Proficiency in Quality of Service (QoS) for traffic prioritization, latency reduction, and bandwidth management in complex network environments. Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), JNCIP/JNCIE (Juniper), SD-WAN Specialist, or certifications in optical networking. Role: Network/Cognitive Analytics Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon Number of Openings: 1 : Customer Experience Analytics, Network Operation Analytics, Good understanding of telecom AI based Service Assurance, NOC/SOC processes. Hands-on experience on programming/scripting languages like Python, R, and SQL. Familiar with big data tools like Spark, PySpark. OSS/BSS Tools ecosystem experience - ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Nokia NetAct, HPSM, Netcool, Blue planet, Cramer, Ericsson Digital BSS, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Billing & Revenue Management, Netcracker Revenue Management. Role: Telecom Security Consultant Experience: 4-8 Years (4-6 years (Consulting - first preference), 4-8 years (Services organization)) Location: Pune/Mumbai/Gurgaon Number of Openings: 1 : Mandatory: Consulting background with Telecom domain (mandatory) - Any ONE of the Telecom skills mentioned below is mandatory. OSS, BSS, Telco Cloud, RAN, Enterprise, IP, Data center, Orchestration, Assurance Mandatory: Security, ETSI ISG NFV, NIST standards, O-RAN Alliance (Radio Apps), Telecom Security, Network Security, Telecom Application Security (SBA). Optional: 5G Standalone & Non-Standalone, Enterprise 5G use cases, Expert Analytics, Network slicing, Edge computing (5G architecture).,
