Job Description
- As a Manager, Analytics at Genpact, you will be a part of the Analytics/Innovation HUB team responsible for building in-house analytics solutions for CPGR companies across shared services, finance, supply chain, and commercial groups. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build strategic relationships with clients and manage partner interactions to identify key growth opportunities. - Operate in a PMO environment, monitoring, controlling, and reporting the status of services/projects to clients. - Identify areas of significant customer business impact and improvement opportunities, providing strategic direction and thought leadership. - Lead end-to-end projects including design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions such as dashboards, data engineering, and data science activities. - Develop project plans, timelines, and estimates. - Manage the team, monitor hours, and drive project tasks and milestones effectively. - Oversee day-to-day project management, communications, and priorities. - Utilize hands-on experience in visualization and business intelligence tools like Power BI. - Conduct workshops with key client stakeholders to generate ideas for solving business problems. - Provide clear project task guidelines to direct reportees and business analysts. - Demonstrate the value of analytics to build strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Guide sales teams in identifying and promoting solutions for new business growth. - Collaborate with consulting/transformation/practice teams to deliver innovative business and technology solutions for clients. - Lead or participate in project discussions to bring best practices for problem-solving. **Qualifications:** **Minimum qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/information science) or Master's Degree (e.g., MBA in Data Analytics/Business Analytics). - Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills. - Strong presentation and storytelling abilities. - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and quick response time. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills at various organizational levels. - Interpersonal skills including team-building, self-motivation, strategic thinking, and people skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in working on and managing SCM and Finance projects would be an added advantage.,
