Job Description

:
 Tracking && Monthly MIS Accounts Receivable && Payables
 Responsible for Quotation Generation, Order Acceptance and Invoicing.
 Preparation of error free trail balance, to ensure that, there are no any audit queries.
 Maintain the books of account as per the accounting standards, as well as income tax act.
 Manage Interactions with dealers and internal team on customer accounts.
 Receiving parts from production and vendors and maintain correct stocks.
 Transfer of materials to other locations
 Ensuring 100% correct receipt and issue of stocks
 Perform statutory procedures like filling of VAT, Service Tax, Sales Tax and TDS.
 C Forms Collection payment and follow-up.
 Maintain customer database and prepare MIS reports.
 Responsible for complete documentation at branches
 Responsible for administrative activities at branches
