Job Summary The General Manager (GM) of the F-Bar Lounge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lounge's operations, including but not limited to staffing, customer service, inventory management, financial performance, and compliance with regulations. The GM will ensure that the F-Bar Lounge maintains high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency to provide an exceptional experience for guests. Responsibilities Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members, including bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff. Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize employee morale and productivity. Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest. experience and encourage repeat business. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the F-Bar Lounge, including opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the lounge, including the bar area, seating areas, and restrooms. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the lounge. Monitor sales and expenses to optimize profitability. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service standards. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events to attract customers. Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to increase awareness of the F-Bar Lounge and drive traffic. Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote partnerships and sponsorships. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including alcohol service laws, health codes, and labor laws. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory agencies. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lounge or bar setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the food and beverage industry. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
