Urgent Opening for Customer Service Executive- Mumbai (Vidyavihar)

Qualification- HSC OR Graduate

Designation-Customer Service Executive

Communication skills- Good

Experience-fresher or 6 months

Location- Vidyavihar

Role-

1. answering calls and provide information about products and services
2. Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information
3. Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
10. Take the extra mile to engage customer

Working Days- 6 days(Sundays- week off)

Working time- General Shift
