Experience of New Hire Orientation/Induction
Experience of Employee Engagement related to compensation, grievances & attendance management
Experience in planning and execution of promotion, increments etc
Monitor KPIs around apprentice and new joiners for their performance
Experience of Exit Interview.
Looking for BHR profiles :

Should have atleast 6+ months experience as business HR
Preferred candidates from BPO industry (Domestic / International)
2 position open for Night Shift with CTC upto 5l p.a. (Location Mindspace, Hi tech City)
2 position open for day shift with CTC upto 4 l p.a. (Location NSL, KPHB)

Vendor payout 8.33% with 90 days claw back period.
