- Position: AVP/JVP Technology Leadership Location: Noida Corporate Office Reporting To: CIO; Part of the CIOs Leadership Team Team Size: ~50 (Development Teams, Emerging Technology Teams) Role Overview This leadership role within the technology and digital organization involves providing strategic direction, industry insights, and technological expertise to drive digital transformation. With digitalization playing a critical role in business growth, the candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing key technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the Design & Engineering (D&E) and Emerging Technology teams. Oversee the development and implementation of ERP-SAP and non-ERP applications, ensuring seamless delivery through in-house or outsourced teams. Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies and digital platform roadmaps. Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, NLP, VR, and IoT to enhance digital capabilities. Build and manage technology service functions across various domains, including SAP, Supply Chain Management, SFA, ITSM, Cloud, Mobility, Master Data Management (MDM), Analytics, Software Testing, and Infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to co-create and align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems by managing VAPT audits and other security protocols. Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and provide thought leadership to enhance business and customer value. Serve as a subject matter expert in core technologies, guiding the digital team in innovation and execution. Apply program and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.) to ensure timely and quality delivery of key initiatives. Manage teams efficiently, overseeing resource allocation, cost estimation, and project execution. Coordinate with external technology partners, negotiating project costs and delivery schedules. Act as both a catalyst for innovation and an overseer of organizational technology priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in leading technology teams and digital transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, software development, and emerging technologies. Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business functions. Hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT programs, security protocols, and compliance. Ability to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact technology solutions.
