Role & responsibilities

1.MEP/ Building Services Electromechanical Equipment & Plants.

2. Taking Care Responsibility of Hazardous & Critical Equipments.

DG Sets, Transformer, Common Power Distribution System, Hot water Generator Boilers,

Elevators, Chiller Plants, R.O. , WTP etc.

3. Maintenance

Planed Preventive Maintenance

Breakdown Maintenance

Development of Maintenance Tracking

4. Maintaining Audit & Compliance regulations

5. Problem Analysis
