They are someone who can succeed as a Backend Developer because of their strong problem-solving skills. They are someone who is currently living in Mumbai and can start immediately or have a notice period of fewer than 30 days and are willing to work from the office. What's For The Candidate Best-in-class packages 21 Paid Holidays & 15 public holidays Insurance Tech tools/ assets Job Responsibilities: Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile, and analyze bottlenecks Design performance gauging, building robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on the cloud Optimization of web applications for performance and scalability Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging Write clean code to develop functional web applications Troubleshoot and debug applications Perform UI tests to optimize performance Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Gather and address technical and design requirements Provide training and support to internal teams Build reusable code and libraries for future use Mandatory Requirements: PHP Laravel Framework, PHP Design Patterns. Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB APIs, REST API, SOAP API, API Security, Open APIs Push Notifications, Laravel Events, Queue, Observers Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web design Experience writing highly secure web applications Experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies Experience designing RESTful APIs, specifically for mobile app Qualities: Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen Good communication skills Go-getters who take ownership Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
