Roles and Responsibilities
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities
1. Managing a team of 10-15 Relationship officers
2. Responsible for new client acquisition and achieving the team target
3. Providing necessary In house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
4. Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service focus areas being: Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, RO productivity and cross selling of various products
5. Building and managing customer relationships and timely resolutions of customer grievances.
6. Responsible for Recruitment of Relationship officers
7. Efficient Sales management: Higher productivity, low attrition and rejection control
8. Cross sell of other financial Products
9. Regular Visit to SBI Branches, RBOs and Liaisoning with bank officials.

Essential Educational & Experience Qualification
Qualification Needed : Graduation / Post Graduation
(Relevant Experience of Field, Suitable qualification will be preferred)
Relevant Experience: 3 5 years Experience in Selling Financial Products
Age 24 to 35 years
