Role: Project Manager: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead commercial fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate interior fit-out work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of a project from conception to completion. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Review Project Plans and Blueprints: Create detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Review and refine project plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility. 2. Manage Commercial Fit-Out Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 3. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project. 4. Budget and Schedule Management: Prepare and adhere to project budgets and schedules. Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial goals are met. 5. Project Team Management: Lead and manage the project team. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success. 6. Compliance with Safety Regulations and Building Codes: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to standards. 7. Sub-Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality work. Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that arise. 8. Bill Management and Closure: Ensure all financial aspects of the project are properly managed and closed. 9. Resource Planning and Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize efficiency. 10. Approvals and Documentation: Obtain necessary approvals from clients, architects, and management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. Key Skills Required: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. Extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work. Strong communication skills for effective client coordination. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage,
