Job Description:
Scope of work:
Amex Cards:
*Coordinating issuance of new American Express cards for employees
*Assisting with card activation and tokenization processes
*Managing requests for credit limit increases/enhancements
Amex Travel:
*Drafting covering letters and invitation letters for global visitors
*Tracking and maintaining records of travel documentation
*Ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
Car Lease Program:
*Explaining the car lease process to employees
*Coordinating with vendors post HRBP approval
*Managing PO amendments and ensuring timely updates
*Sending approved details to HR for processing
*Providing necessary documents for insurance renewal
I Lobby:
*Coordinating for Monthly reports
*Resolving issues of Ilobby with coordination with contractor team.
Others:
*Overseeing of access related queries and resolving them
*Weekly auditing of the digital equipment
*Generating monthly reports and sharing the same with PGRE Team and stake holders
*Maintaining and managing the data related to occupancy sensors
