Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients in need of software solutions. Monitor trends in web and mobile app development to stay ahead of market needs. 2. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects to convert into long-term clients. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions from our service portfolio. 4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Create and present compelling proposals, business plans, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns targeting specific business sectors. 6. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. Explore partnership opportunities to enhance service offerings. 7. Reporting and Feedback: Track and report progress on sales activities, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. Provide feedback to management for refining service offerings and strategies. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in business development within the software industry. Strong understanding of web development, mobile application development, and digital trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mind-set.
