About the Role Digital Relationship Manager
Digital Relationship Managers are responsible for online cross selling of financial products by exploring the business opportunities from existing customers of 5paisa. Digital Relationship Manager will be situated at our Ahmedabad and responsible for selling the financial products and services to the customers based on their needs and handling queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build the client relationship to understanding the future investment requirement of the client and offer appropriate financial solutions as per client needs.
Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross sales generating income through selling of financial products.
Strictly adherence to internal control policies and ensure that the organizations activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal and governmental regulations.
Efficiently handling the customer queries and provides superior experience.
Explore new opportunities for up sell and cross sell the financial products by client rapport and providing regular market information and updates to the customers.
Role Proficiencies:
Knowledge of financial products
Good communication skills in English
Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
Ability to successfully work as a part of a team
High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
Strong willingness to work in Relationship Management
Prior experience in Sales with a proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
