Job Description

Primary Skill The Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud project with an ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members. 15+ years working in Oracle EBS implementation, EBS + Cloud with 5+ years in Project / Program management. Must have delivered at least 2 E2E Fusion Cloud projects as a Project Manager including management of project financials (Forecasting, Budgeting, ETC, CM etc). Must have hands on experience on project planning tools like Microsoft Project Plan, Smartsheet, JIRA etc Ability to deliver Oracle Cloud Project >$10M as Project Manager. Should have handled 50+ member team in an onsite-offshore model. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Primary Skill Develop project plans and budgets and track progress. Recruit and manage a team of implementation specialists. Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to. the project manager for all development related activities and ensure the development team deliver to project plans. Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore developers ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed, and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality. Skills & Experience Oracle Cloud ERP hands on experience or solution architect mindset to validate solution. Oracle Cloud Certifications Proficient in following Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards. PMP or equivalent project management certification will carry a weightage
