Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Formulates and executes Strivectors BD Strategy and market positioning.
2. Set up from scratch a high functioning BD Organization including people processes and
technologies.
3. Guide and train the BD team
4. Engages and motivates the BD team
5. Brings a strong existing client portfolio to Strivector
6. Owns and cultivates CXO level connects across all relationships
7. Becomes the champion of client.

1.Excellent verbal communication skills.
2. Exceptional written skills, phone and in-person interpersonal skills and presentation skills
3. Eager and quick Learner since our BD toolkit is very diverse.
4. Researcher and Adapter someone who by very nature likes to research, understand and adopt best practices that are available in the market
5. Zeal for continuous improvement someone who is passionate about learning and continuously improving on not only the results, but also how the results are achieved
6. Extroversion should be very comfortable talking and building relationships. Someone who will be eager to and not afraid of making calls
7. Excellent typing skills and proficient in computer use
8. Ability to learn and understand recruiting, job descriptions, and learn Boolean searches accordingly.
9. Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort

h. Understands how to set up a BD function from scratch - deep understanding of processes, technologies and people as required to set up a BD Function
i. Excellent at providing sales trainings to experienced and inexperienced staff
j. Executive Presence. Ability to wine and dine with CXO level staff k. Proven track record in setting aggressive targets and achieving them
