Role & Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve new lead acquisition targets through multiple marketing campaigns
- Work closely with domain specific Business Unit and Sales Leadership to identify leads for new business acquisition.
- Provide analytics led strategic insights to the CXOs / Business Heads on BU performance by executing sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to implement inside sale strategy.
- Track email campaign metrics (A/ B template test, delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met with
- Accelerate BU growth by embracing technology trends across center of excellences campaigns.
- Channelize variety of campaigns to reach prospects and customers to acquire net new business and to grow existing customers business by cross-sell & up-sell.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools like MSD, SFDC, Hubspot and zoominfo
- Identify and implement multiple channels of lead generation avenues like telephone, Linkedin triggers, email comm, SEO, social media retargeting and others.
- Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM ensuring all communication chains are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives team
- Identify sales leads.
- Recruit, hire and onboard new inside sales representatives.
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives performance
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Develop next line of leadership and create backups for critical roles proactively
