Job Description We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Development Manager with a background in both front-end and back-end development. This role requires 5-8 years of comprehensive web development experience, with expertise in UI/UX, server and hosting management, and modern development frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a successful history of delivering complete website solutions for reputed brands, with strong technical knowledge across the entire web stack. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Development Lead the end-to-end development process for website projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications. Front-End & Back-End Development Design and implement responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Build, maintain, and optimize server-side applications, APIs, and databases, ensuring seamless data flow and security. Manage integration between front-end and back-end systems to create efficient, scalable web applications. UI/UX Design Collaboration Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-centered designs that enhance usability and visual appeal. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience. Technical Infrastructure Management Oversee hosting environments, server configurations, and cloud-based deployment to ensure application stability, performance, and security. Manage server environments, including load balancing, security, and server performance optimization. Ensure best practices for website hosting, caching, and deployment pipelines are maintained. Quality Assurance & Best Practices Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and security of applications. Implement testing frameworks and participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimising applications to enhance performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes, frameworks, and code structure. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project delivery for reputable brands. Skills: Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Back-End: Strong knowledge of server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP) and experience with RESTful APIs and database management (e.g., SQL, MongoDB). UI/UX: Solid understanding of UI/UX principles with experience in delivering user-focused applications. Server & Hosting: Familiarity with server management, web hosting solutions, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure). Frameworks & Tools: Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and familiarity with DevOps practices.,
