Primary Skills Proficient on Solid Edge wiring design and Solid Edge Electrical routing Proficient on Wiring harness domain knowledge. Shall have experience in harness design solutions within a CAD environment and adhere to internal design standards. Able to understand selection of wires, terminals, connectors for other electrical devices. Able to understand electrical network analysis, product schematic, wiring diagram and translate it on wiring harness design. Comprehensive understanding and application of drafting rules and principals (ASME Y14.5M), able to develop company standards. Good knowledge on harness manufacturing and develop Proficient in developing engineering drawing as per standards. Secondary Skills Design schematic and wiring diagram using Solid Edge - Wiring design & electrical routing as per inputs provided through markups. Using Solid edge electrical routing, develop 3D harness design routing on unit model as per requirements. Flattening of harness in 3D environment and develop parametric drawing as per CAD standards in Solid Edge Harness design. 3D modelling of Electrical component and develop drawings. Prepare Engineering documentation, bill of material and change notices. Complete release process on Windchill / team center PLM tool. Understand and adhere to design and drafting standard practices. Support Design Engineering projects independently. Collaborate with other design engineers working on those projects. Work from oral or written engineering instructions, procedures, drawings, and sketches. Meet Quality and delivery >95%. Equal Opportunities at frog ,
