JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Executive Pastry Chef Location IICA, New Delhi Reporting to. Executive Chef Synergy MD & COO Position Overview: The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead its pastry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum development in line with the standards set by International & Indian Accrediting Bodies while also contributing to student recruitment efforts. This is a key leadership role aimed at nurturing the next generation of talent in the field of pastry arts. Qualification & Experience IHM Graduate Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 5 years in a leadership or teaching role (preferred).
