We are looking for a skilled South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, hygiene, and presentation, and support smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, rasam, curries, and rice-based items
Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and overall food quality
Follow standard recipes and assist in daily food preparation
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Manage raw materials, ingredients, and minimize food wastage
Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff for smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure timely food preparation, especially during peak hours
Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
