Role & responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position job opportunities.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Candidate must be available for F2F interview
- Qualifications:
- 4 Year+ of experience in IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building relationships.
