 Senior Lead - Client Operations & Services

Job Description

Areas of Responsibility Build and lead winning team(s) for delivery of large Utilities network data management related to GIS data management including conflation, conversion/migration of data from one platform to other Accountable for the execution & delivery of a project or multiple projects, as required, terms of budget, schedule, delivery, SLA performance & customer satisfaction Build and drive quality culture within the account Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and challenges and accordingly devise strategies for success of the project Process Improvement by implementing new technology/ solution development Be an advocate and advisor stakeholders(internal/external) on new technologies and platforms in network data management Drive necessary actions to ensure project metrics / KPIs are successfully accomplished Conducts periodic reviews with ops managers and drives corrective action. Conducts monthly financial review with directs and portfolio head, takes corrective actions. Validates and prepares business case for identified opportunities within existing service lines for growth, Discuss and plan for foray into new services. CSAT Process: Engages with the key client stakeholders on areas of Improvements and commits resources. Proactively identify project risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate the same Skills and Knowledge Quick Learner - Learns quickly when facing new problems, relentless learner, open to change, improves, enjoys challenges and finding solutions Presentation Skills - Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings, gains positive attention, changes tactics that aren't working Customer Focus - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations to customers, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard, full of energy for new challenges, seizes opportunity Functional/ technical skills - Strong functional and technical knowledge and skills within GIS for Electrical Utilities Creativity - Comes up with new and unique ideas, original, and always adds value to brainstorming Must be capable of communicating with clients whether through email or via the phone with minimal oversight with to cultivate a strong working relationship. Accountability & ownership with limited supervision to manage the overall account Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things tracks and reports on risks, mitigation plans and participate in client reviews.
