Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving cash sales through extensive market coverage in NCR & Non NCR Responsible for Market Expansion through
• Identification and tie up with channel partners for launching new OPDs and streamlining old ones for better presence in NCR & Non NCR regions and thus achieving superior market penetration for increasing the revenue.
• Drive business through referrals (stand alone doctors and hospitals)
• Responsible for assuring adequate market coverage and effective relationship building through:
• Group meetings and interactions of CDOC consultants with Key referring physicians.
• Organizing seminars within and outside hospital premises in association with consultants.
• Regular interactions with In-house consultants and hospital promotion with their support. Accountable for providing direction, motivation and training to own team and ensuring optimum performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in Sales & Marketing

8- 12 years of which 3-5 years experience as a lead role in sales & marketing dept.(Preferred in Hospital industry)
